On the 12th of May I will be taking part in a sky jump off the Stratosphere in Las Vegas for When You Wish Upon a Star as part of Key 103 Superhero Day. The jump is 108 floors which is a 855 foot plunge off the edge of the building. I have been involved When You Wish Upon a Star since my sister Terri was diagnosed with leukemia when she was just a baby and relapsed when she was 6. After 10 years in remission Terri was then diagnosed with a brain tumor at 17 years old and sadly passed away in 2011 at the age of 18. When You Wish Upon a Star have been there not just for Terri but our whole family through out her illnesses and have granted some amazing wishes for us including a trip to Lapland, Center Parcs and our last holiday as a family to Disneyland Paris. We owe a lot to this charity and so I am trying to raise as much money as possible to grant wishes for other families in the same situation to give them the chance to create life memories because sometimes those memories are all they have left.
