Children and elderly are once again at risk of dying due to the freezing temperatures snow, sleet, freezing mud and slush is what surrounds many refugee tents in camps. its not uncommon for tents to collapse due to the weight of the snow, leaving many families extremely vulnerable. As winter approaches in many parts of the world, we at isra-uk are preparing to assist refugees and poor communities in places like Lebanon, Syria, Gaza, Yemen and Pakistan. We provide aid such as food packs and fuel to get families through. Please note although snow is very rare in some countries the night time temperatures do regularly drop below zero, refugees and communities in need can survive with our help.
