We are fundraising to train over 100 staff working at Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) in six hospitals in Gaza to better equip them to reduce the infant mortality rate in Gaza. This training will improve medical care and ultimately save lives. Globally, maternal and infant mortality rates are falling, but in Gaza, the number of deaths has begun to rise in recent years. Gaza has an infant mortality rate of 21.3 per 1000 live births, we must act now to prevent more tragic deaths. Your donations will improve the chances of survival for thousands of newborns and will help them get the healthiest start possible in life.
