Alongside Human Relief Foundation, I will be climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland, UK's tallest peak, so that I can raise some money for our Syrian brothers and sisters that need our support.
Our Syrian brothers and sisters once lived ordinary lives like all of us. Due to ongoing conflict in the region for the past 9 years, they have been displaced all around the world, surviving without adequate living conditions.
Human Relief Foundation works closely with Syrian refugee camps in Lebanon and Jordan, distributing food packs during Ramadan and throughout the rest of the year. A single foodpack costing only £60 can feed a whole family for one month.
My aim is to raise awareness and money for Human Relief Foundation who are on the ground in countries like Lebanon and Jordan, giving out essential aid to these refugees in the form of food packs, fuel, medical equipment and shelter.
