"The hardest goodbye is the one where the story hasn't ended but the book has been closed." In my work as a Funeral Celebrant I have had the privilege of spending time with families who have lost a member of their family to suicide. Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide can be there for these families to help them through the utter despair and heartache and I am pulling out all the stops (as a non-runner with some very dodgy hips, knees and feet) to raise funds for this amazing organisation by running 10k on Sunday 1st August.
