Hi. I am the Medical Director and Consultant in Palliative Medicine at the Hospice of St Francis. I am so proud of what we as an organisation can do for those people suffering from life limiting illnesses and those close to them, from diagnosis through to the end of life, on our inpatient unit, as outpatients and out in the community. Whatever people need whenever they need us. I am running The London Marathon 2023 (all 26.2 miles!!) to support The Hospice of St Francis . Every step I take and every penny I raise will help The Hospice of St Francis to continue their FREE essential care and support in the local community. This is a huge challenge for me (and I have done a few challenges (including climbing Mount Kilimanjaro this year) and I see it as the hardest thing I have ever done. Finding time to do the training will be a challenge in itself. I would be so grateful for your support however much you can give. Please help us to help our local community. Thank you
