As many of you know, my wonderful hubby died in January from bowel cancer .

During his last few months St Richards Hospice were brilliant,  they helped with so many things & during his final moments they were beyond amazing . This charity deserves so much support.

 So some of Andy's closest friends, Rob, Woody, Liam & Myles will be running the Birmingham 10k on 7th may & would really appreciate any donations given.
