Over this year I have tried to do 50 things at 50 - I've visited new countries, taken on new challenges and ate new things - but this is the ultimate.  I am raising money for Mind - the Mental Health Charity because Mental Health is so important, it affects so many people.  As many of you know, I have my own personal battle - if this helps somebody just a tiny bit it will be worth doing
