Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Challenge for this year is to complete the Grand Union Canal 100km walk held over 28/29 June 2014 and not fall in!  We start near Maida Vale and finish in Bletchley some many hours later!  Once again my friend John couldn't resist the urge to join me in this endeavour.  I'll also be doing the Moonwalk as part of my training (what a fool!).  

I've found that I really like walking and the discipline that the training has given me.  Walking and raising money for MacMillan - a marriage cemented by Compeed! 

Anything you can donate is much appreciated and will keep me putting one foot in front of the other to get to the finish.
