Harcsac offers free counselling and support to women who have suffered the trauma of Rape or Sexual Abuse. Supporting women by women,  through a journey of recovery to regain control of their lives.

The organisation of 12 volunteers, who give their time to support women either by telephone or face to face and the support is unlimited.

I am doing this challenge for Harcsac as I feel that the charity is very important to the community and society. It is an extremely worthwhile cause and by doing this challenge I hope they will continue to provide such an important service.
