Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. As most of you know my Ava was diagnosed with end stage kidney disease in may 2019, her dad donated his kidney to her in Nov 2019 but sadly in Jan 2021 this failed and had to be removed 😢,  she has spent almost all of her teen years in and out of hospital and now does home dialysis.

Kidney kids have provided us with support to be able to buy things needed for Ava to perform her dialysis treatment comfortably at home and supported me on numerous occasions whilst staying in Glasgow,  they are the only charity in Scotland for children with renal & urology problems and donations help them to support renal patients and their families in Scotland.

Us the team kidneybeans Ava included and this is great for her as she struggles to walk far will be participating in Dundee kiltwalk in August and we would greatly appreciate any donations 😀

Thanks so much
