I've decided to run both the Anglesey 10k (3/3/19) and the Chester 10k(10/3/19) in memory of my dear friend Nia who passed away the end of 2017 after battling with brain tumours for many years. Her last few weeks were spent in St Davids Hospice in Llandudno where her care was fantastic. I want to raise valuable funds for this amazing place to help support the valuable work and care that goes on there. 

St Davids Hospice provides end of life care to individuals adults and support for families in Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey.  They rely largely on donations and fundraising.
