Prostate Scotland aims to inform, support, campaign and advance on prostate disease in Scotland. We raise awareness and provide information about prostate cancer and disease and its treatments. We also promote research and treatment developments on prostate issues across Scotland.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

Iain and I have decided to run a minimum of 4 full marathons each (and a few other running events - e.g. half marathons and a night trail) during 2018. The marathons we have selected, and have registered for include London, Stirling, Edinburgh, Fort William and Loch Ness (not that we're trying to have a few breaks away across the country or anything!). To keep us motivated with this challenge (and keep us running!) we have chosen to raise money for Prostate Scotland, a Scottish charity set up to provide information, advice, help and support on prostate health. 1 in 10 men are likely to develop prostate cancer at some point, and it is now the most common cancer in Scotland.

Any donation you can spare to support our cause (and keep us sane with the running) will be greatly appreciated! We'll provide updates throughout the year as we undertake each event.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
