Barbara was a unique, patient and extremely supportive individual who has left everyone with very fond memories of her. 

For us students she supported us with our studies making every class a pleasure to attend with information and passion of her subjects that inspired us to feel comfortable and learn. 

For her friends and colleagues, they speak highly of Barbara's personality and experience and are grateful to have shared their workplace with her. Some have grown close to her family and we would like to do this climb in memory of Barbara and show her loving family that we think of them in this hard time. 

Barbara fought hard and well to overcome breast cancer and was a true inspirational fighting spirit. Unfortunately, the battle was strong and fierce and Barbara lost the battle and grew her wings. 

Barbara will always remain with us in our hearts, mind and soul. We are going to climb Ben A'an and hope that you will sponsor us to raise funds for Breast Cancer care, in the hope that it allows others to continue to fight this type of cancer or receive the appropriate prevention or treatment.
