My name is Shaun Dingsdale 

In 2009 i found a lump in my right groin which turned out to be non hodgkins lymphoma cancer.

Without treatment I had 6 months to live

In 2010 and 2011 I was treated at The Christie with lots of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant 

Whilst having treatment i was very poorly n lost lots of weight where at 1 point I weighed just 5 n half stone,I was so weak that I was unable to walk which left me needing a wheelchair for 12 months.After 12 i began to build my strength back up which wasn't easy,After about 5 months of doing that I then had to learn how to walk again which was one of the hardest things ive ever had to do..

In 2015 i decided it was now time to re-pay The Christie for saving my life

I can't thank you enough for helping me to re-pay The Christie whether that be through taking part in a fundraising event with me,Or by Sponsoring/Donating to The Christie through my page
