Story

As i enter my 50th year, i will be ticking off my bucket list, raising valuable funds for Kemp.

Two out of the way.

September, back for Ironman Wales, Tenby. The toughest race I've ever completed, 2.4 miles sea swim, 112m bike and 26.2m run, then feet up for my 50th birthday.
