Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

From a young age he would take me down the beach and teach me how to surf and take me with him to play badminton. Parkinson’s took all this from him and changed his life dramatically. Up until his death in 2003 our local Parkinson’s group helped both him and my nan, they made great friends and got to meet people going through the same ordeal. My nan is still an active member of the group and does so much to help people going through the same situation.

On August the 8th along with Dan Osborne I will be attempting to complete the end to end cycle challenge. A gruelling 1000 mile cycle ride from John o' Groats to Lands End, we will be cycling 100 miles a day for 10 straight days. I will be doing this to raise money for Parkinson’s UK, to help people like my granddad and hopefully find a cure.
