We are 3 ex Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers (REME ) and 1 ex Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) Rugby players of a certain age  that doesn't look to good in Lycra !! We are raising money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need. They are there to help the Army family in 6 key areas. Independent Living, Elderly care, Education and Employment, Mental Fitness, Families and Housing. 

Together we have served over 75 years in the army and have been very lucky as yet not to need the services of the ABF but have served with soldiers and soldiers families who have needed assistance during and after their time in service. 

Come along and join us on route and complete a leg or two and raise some much needed funds for the charity or simply donate on line and watch our progress on Strava or other social media platforms.
