I must admit, until a year ago I had never been in a Hospice. If some had actually asked what's a Hospice ?, i would have probably said a gallon and a half :o)

But now  having seen the incredible work everyone does at the John Eastwood Hospice.  This includes the amazing way they looked after my dad in his final days.

I have therfore decided i would try and make some sort of contribution to help in the day to day running of the hospice.

I will be doing this by way of 'getting round' the Worksop Half marathon on October 28th.
