I have decided that this year my chosen charity event will be covering 56 Miles in February for Refuge.  

On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. 

This is a really worthwhile cause and I am hoping to get £10 for every mile I walk in February and reach my £560 target and I promise to update you throughout the month with pictures and progress!
