Jack is 12 years old and was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in November 2015.  Jack is such a happy, friendly and loving little boy who even with his daily struggles takes everyday in his stride.  We have been given an amazing opportunity to join Fight for Alfie to receive treatment in America.  Jack will receive 4 treatments.  The treatment is expensive with each trip costing between £10,000 and £12,000, for us a family it is worth every penny.
