Very unexpectedly we lost Shaun to a massive heart attack therefore I would like to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and also raise awareness for this charity which is now very close to my heart. 

Our lives got turned upside down and we lost the BEST dad and although highly annoying and always had to be right I lost my Forever. By raising awareness and money for this charity it will hopefully prevent anything similar happening to another family and the blisters will all be worth it. 

He always said ‘I wish you’d be as determined in the gym as you are to get through a three course meal’ so I would like to  prove to him that I can!!!

Loosing Shaun was devastating enough but to happen in covid times was just the worst so it is nice that we can all get together and do something in his memory..
