Rydw i, Aled a Euros yn rhedeg 1/2 marathon yn Leeds ar y 5ed o Fis Medi i hêl pres tuag at Motor Neurone Disease Association.

Myself, Aled and Euros will be running the Leeds 1/2 Marathon, Sunday, September 5th. We’ll be running to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
