I started running just over a year ago. I completed a 10k for charity in 2013, next natural step is this half marathon in 2014. Trying to work up to a full marathon in 2015. Finishing with the London triathlon in 2016! All in memory of my grandad who died a few years ago to cancer and was looked after so comfortably by St Davids Hospice.
