We have set ourselves the challenge of walking two marathons in two days on March 18th and 19th 2022 to raise money for Shay’s Smiles - a wonderful charity set up in memory of an amazing young man, Shayen Patel. 

Shay was diagnosed with glioblastoma, which is a terminal brain tumour, and passed away at just the age of 13. Very little funding is given to this devastating disease and Shay's inspirational family have set up Shay’s Smiles to help other children with glioblastoma tumours and their families, and to fund critical research.
