I am In Sha Allah running the VITALITY LONDON 10K to raise money to build a water well for people who do not have access to clean fresh water or who have to travel miles and miles to get their daily water supply for their whole family.

I know I only ran the London Marathon last month and you all helped me raise my target but this is in memory of my Late Mum and Sister. If you know their stories, you will know they were the most generous and loving of people and would always put others first before themselves, which is very rare to find in people today. They both deserved the very best so please help me raise my target. I know we can do it.
