Assalamu Alaykum, 

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'oon 

Our Grandad (Dad's uncle) Haji Dhon Miah has sadly passed away due to Covid-19. His burial had taken place on the 14th January 2021 and he is now in his final resting place. To honour his memory and the memory of our Grandad Haji Moyna Miah who passed away three years ago, we will be raising money to build two community water wells in their name, in Bangladesh. This will aid the communities who need it the most and will benefit from it. This charitable act will be beneficial for both our grandads for many years to come and elevate their ranks in Jannah, Insha Allah. 

May Allah have mercy on them and forgive them for all their sins and any shortcomings. May Allah expand and enlighten their graves and grant them Jannat-ul-Firdous al a’la - Ameen. 

The Prophet (SAW) said: "When a person dies, his deeds comes to an end, except for three: Sadaqah Jariya (continuing charity), beneficial knowledge or a righteous child who prays for him." [Muslim] 

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) was asked, "Which charity is best?" He replied: "(Providing) water." [Abu Dawud] 

May Allah reward us all for our intentions and accept all our efforts and donations, and may it intercede for us all on Yawm-ul-Qiyamah.
