Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind) is a county-wide mental health charity. We support local people on their road to recovery from mental health challenges and we campaign against the stigma & discrimination faced by so many people with mental health conditions.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the next year I will be doing challenges every month to raise funds for CPSL Mind.

I welcome ideas for activities to undertake to raise awareness and funds for mental health.

23rd July I will be completing a 70mile pelaton ride in the Market Place at Spalding. Distance is Spalding to Skegness and back.
