on 22nd September i will be taking on the Yorkshire three peaks challenge for Alzheimer's Research UK a charity close to my heart. 

To complete the challenge I will take on 24 miles (38.8km) of walking and 1585m (5200ft) of ascent - almost a marathon in distance and climbing higher than Ben Nevis in under 12 hours.
