Aikidoka from the Sheffield Shodokan Aikido club are challenging themselves to train a mighty 14 hours in one day, from 7am until 9pm on Saturday 20th October 2012, with only 5 minutes break every hour. Budding aikidoka will cover the whole syllabus from beginner to first dan, assistant coaches will get coaching experience, whilst raising funds for a great charity in the process, a win-win-win scenario!
