Fundraising for Alzheimer's Society
Story

On the 25th and 26th of September, I will be challenging myself to a whole new level by cycling from Cardiff to Birmingham to raise money for Alzheimer's Society. It is going to be an immense challenge as I have not cycled in many many years but I see this challenge as a way to fight my recently acquired dad bod whilst supporting a fantastic cause that has deeply affected my family and loved ones.
Over the next 10 weeks, I have a strict training schedule to ensure this 125 mile journey will be a success and that I will cycle the whole journey!
I am not a cyclist by any stretch of the imagination but I will be pushing myself in the aim to raise money for this fantastic charity and aid in helping those affected by this disease. I have seen many affected by this debilitating disease and I want to do my part to aid in those affected by it all. All of us will be affected by this, either through us or our loved ones so any little we can do will go miles to help the charity and those affected.Whether you donate 5p or £50, it would be greatly appreciated and I can't thank you enough! if you can't donate then please spread the work.
