A lot of people know I am proud to have known Andrew Joules who’s life was taken so young by Motor Neurone Disease.

it is with regret that we have also lost Kev Harrison and Dennis Sisson to MND.  

The only positive thing i can share with you is my aim to raise money for MNDA to continue important research. 

So i am back in the saddle and training hard for this 60 mile event in London at the end of May.
