Raising funds to improve dementia care at Northampton General Hospital.

Story

I have always intended raising funds in memory of my Mum, Ellen Coles, who suffered from Alzheimer's. Now the time is here so Emily, my daughter and I are doing this together.

We will be abseiling 400 feet (127 metres) down the old Express Lift Tower in Northampton, on Saturday, 3rd June 2017. We will be doing this with other staff from Northampton General Hospital.

The money Em and I raise will go towards their 'Do it for Dementia' campaign which aims to create dementia-friendly spaces and to buy equipment and resources that will hep to reduce confusion, anxiety and distress for patients who have dementia
