As most of you know Malcolm and I have been involved with Scannappeal for over 12 years.  This year I have chosen to take part in the sponsored slim and have decided to support the Brain Injury Unit at Amersham Hospital.

I have choosen this appeal after Malcolm had an accident in Switzerland in 2006, which resulted in a brain haemorrhage. After seeing the MRI scans he was very lucky not to have had a massive stroke.  Things could have been so different for us.

Please give generously, I need all the help I can get, I am looking to loose 1 stone.  Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
