I'm completing 'Walk the Wight My Way' to help make sure that, even during this challenging time, the most vulnerable in our community are cared for when they need it the most. I have completed the walk many times but now in self isolation I can complete the 8 mile Flat Walk on my treadmill. I will be doing four 30 minute sessions on Sunday 10th May and post updates. Following a broken back and hip I took up Nordic walking as a way back to fitness. I can't use my Nordic poles on the treadmill so this will be a challenge for me.
