Story
In just over three months time I'm going to attempt to run 26 miles and 385 yards. Like any sane person you might question why. Well i'm doing it to raise money for the University of Bristol's Cancer Research Trust.
Unfortunately, like so many people, i've had close friends and family that have been afflicted with cancer but 450 people each day survive it thanks to research alone. This progress is only because of organisations such as the UoB Cancer Research Trust and their incredible work to discover new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer.
With your help the money I raise will fund a number of projects investigating novel and existing cancer biomarkers for improving cancer detection. It's an overused phrase but literally every penny counts. So if you have a couple of quid handy...think of me running up St Michaels Hill in the pouring rain and support an amazing cause.
Thank you so much for you support
