Anyone who has been affected with Alzheimer’s or dementia just knows how truly heartbreaking it is to see the people you love the most fade away to people we don’t recognise anymore. I’ve set this page up for not only my grandad who’s sadly passed away at the age of 95 but also my Nan who is currently living with dementia. This cause is very special to me and my family so any donations would be very much appreciated. Thank you
