I hope you are doing well, and enjoying the beginning of our sunny spring weather.

I'm writing to share with you an organization that I care about deeply, Real Change, and to ask you to join me in supporting our work.

As most of you know I started working at Real Change back in the Fall of 2017.  Moving from supportive housing to this Homeless Empowerment organization has been a terrific opportunity to work with folks who are taking action to change their lives. 

Real Change provides jobs for 700 homeless and low-income people each year, selling the weekly newspaper. This low-barrier jobs meet people where they are, and put over $1M directly into the pockets of those who need it most. 

The newspaper is award-winning, independent journalism that shines a light on issues of inequity. 

Every gift to Real Change goes far to provide support for programs that change lives.

I chose to devote my time to Real Change because of the unique approach to workforce development, and our community response to homelessness. 

I hope that you will consider joining me, by making a gift at any level appropriate for you.

My goal is to raise $1,000 by June 26^th to support jobs and community for homeless and low-income people.
