<p>Michelle was just 45 when she finally lost her long battle to cancer. She never gave up fighting so that she could be with her family as long as possible, especially to see her two sons growing up.&nbsp;She will be sadly missed by her loving family, who were with her to the end.</p> <p>Her wish was that money be donated in her memory to two good causes &ndash; <a href="http://www.justgiving.com/shelley-mariecurie">Marie Curie Cancer Care</a>, whose nurses cared for her during the last few weeks of her life, and Make a Wish Foundation UK, to give comfort and pleasure to children and young people suffering from life-threatening illnesses.</p> <p><strong>Bydd yn fraint i ni, teulu a ffrindiau lu Shelley, gyfrannu er cof am berson cwbl arbennig ddaeth &acirc; hwyl a chariad i&rsquo;n bywydau hyd y diwedd.</strong></p> <p><strong>It will be an honour for us, Shelley&rsquo;s family and many friends, to contribute in memory of such a special person who brought laughter and love into our lives until the end.</strong></p>
