Many of you will know that my only sibling, Leah, died 6 1/2 years ago of Bowel Cancer.  One of the things she just couldn't get her head around was exercising.  She just didn't like it!  On July 18th 2017 Leah would have been 60. She's missed the birth of two granddaughters, a daughter in law she never met, her son and daughter's weddings, and the rest of her life.  I am doing this in memory of my sister, Leah, for her 60th.
