I will be Cycling approximately 300 miles from the city of Makkah to Madinah to fundraise for the Little Hearts Project - a flagship and award winning project of the highly respected charity Muntada Aid.

This once in a life time Hijra Ride challenge will enable me to perform my Islamic rights of umrah and invite you all to take part in this amazing cause which provides life saving heart surgery to children.

• 10% of babies born with heart problems out of 1.5 million,do not survive their first year of life.
• 1,500,000 babies are born worldwide with a congenital heart defect
  
• 150,000 of them will not live to see their first birthday
  
• 1000s more die before they reach adulthood
  

Every Heart Deserves to Beat! Muntada Aid's Little Hearts project provides free life-saving heart surgeries to babies and children with Congenital Heart Defects from underprivileged families irrespective of gender, race or religion.
