Dear Family and Friends

As most of you know, I have suffered from Crohn's Colitis for 25 years. It can be a very painful, debilitating condition which affects not only me, but also my wonderful husband and children. They have always been supportive and caring when I have been unwell. 

We have decided to participate in the 10k walk to help raise money for Crohn's and Colitis UK who help support sufferers and hope that one day soon, a cure can be discovered.
