My Grandad had dementia and had a close connection to the Alzheimer’s Society he worked with this charity a lot, was on BBC news and even went to Downing Street for the cause. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with cancer and 4 weeks later sadly passed away. I’m raising money in his honor to make him proud.

Dementia is the UKs biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and currently there is no cure. We know it is scary but we must confront the biggest health & social care challenge of our time. We owe it to the 900,000 people across the UK currently living with dementia to campaign for change, whilst providing vital day-to-day support.
