I am going cycle around 240 miles in just 3 days from London to Paris. It will be tough but hopefully a journey full of fun, friendship and incredible support as women of all ages and from all walks of life come together to challenge themselves for a great cause.

These charities are particularly close to my heart having lost close family members and friends to this terrible disease.
