I am participating in the Hike4Life 2007 challenge - trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro which is over 19,000 feet and the highest point in Africa - over the Christmas period to raise money for Focus Humanitarian Assistance Europe.

Last year, Sherin and I did the Hike4Life 2006 challenge trekking in Madagascar and managed to raise over £11,000. This year, we hope to do better. Although Sherin was hoping to do this trek as well, she has had to pull out and will be with me and the team in spirit all the way up.
