Ramadan 2022 Visit to Lebanon

God Willing this Ramadan, (April 2022) I will be travelling to Lebanon with Salam Charity to deliver your funds  to those in need.

Your donations will help us distribute food packs to impoverished families, and provide Meals in the month of fasting for men, women & children with many being widows & orphans and all being in a dire state of need.

Food Pack | £60 | Feeds a family for 1 month

Packs of Bread | £200 | Provides 700 packs of bread

Sheep Sacrifice | £180 | Provides meat for families

Hot Food | £10 | Feeds a family hot food

Family Sponsorship | £1800 per year 

Orphan Sponsorship | £540 per year 

Tuk Tuk | £2500 | Provides a job for someone who can earn income

Fuel | £60 | Give a family 4 weeks supply of fuel to keep warm

Blankets | £12 | Give families warmth

Lebanon hosts one of the largest populations of Syrian and Palestinian refugees with around 2 million people crammed into overcrowded and often dangerous camps with no heating, electricity, or running water. 70% of the families in Lebanon’s camps live below the poverty line and over 50% of those are below the age of 18, which means that millions of children are growing up knowing nothing but conflict, hardship, and poverty.
