Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. We will be raising money for the St James's Place Charitable Foundation and Weston Park Hospital

Cancer is always an illness that we hope never touches our lives but unfortunately for many of us it will, whether it be through family or friends. Sherwood Solutions has been touched by this twice in the last 18 months firstly with Angela losing her husband John and now Stephen’s brother receiving treatment at Weston Park for throat cancer.
It is only at these times that you realise how valuable places like Weston Park are and at Sherwood we would like to show our appreciation for the work that they carry out on a day-to-day basis. Our aim is to walk 10 km around Clumber Park on Friday 21st August 2020 to raise £10,000. We hope that you will be able to give as much as possible in these testing times to help us achieve our goal and make sure places like Weston Park are with us for many years to come. We are very fortunate that the St James’s Place Foundation will match any amount of money that we raise to also be given to good causes within the Foundation. Whatever you donate is greatly appreciated and we look forward to achieving our
aim!
