Every 45 minutes, a woman in Bangladesh dies from complications in pregnancy or childbirth. Every 4 minutes, a child less than 1 month old dies because their mother didn't have access to proper post-natal and ante-natal care.

In 2013 5,200 women died during pregnancy or childbirth and 77,000 babies died during the first month of life.

Muslim Charity will establish a fully functional Maternity Clinic in Sylhet Bangladesh to provide health services to pregnant women and their newborn babies.

With your kind donations we will be able to advise expectant mothers during the pregnancy and detect early complications.

The clinic will provide a lifeline for those mothers who do not have money, knowledge or access to medical care and give mothers hope in bringing a new life into this world.
