For those wanting to join in our own SHIFT Indoor Cycling challenge on Saturday 25th September we will be attempting to complete 1000 miles in the studio!!
To do this we need YOU! Sign up for 20/40/60/80 or the full 100 miles if you’re feeling brave! We have 10 bikes so each bike needs to get through 100 miles, how that’s done is up to you, you can tackle it solo, or team up or if you just have an hour come smash out as many miles as you can and then we’ll hand the bike over to the next cyclist… you have 6 hours to get it done.
We will be asking for all riders on the day (who aren't already signed up to the Tour de Devon) to donate a minimum of £10 to this Just Giving page.
Can’t cycle but want to help? We’ll need helpers on the day, water boys and girls, and we’d love to be able to do a cake sale to raise more money. Anything you can do to help would be amazing so just message us or email and we will be in touch nearer the time.
