I'm taking on the Aspire Coast to Coast Challenge walking 192 miles over 12 weeks to raise money for Aspire. Every four hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a Spinal Cord Injury. It is a devastating, catastrophic injury that can happen to anyone without warning.No one has time to prepare. There is no cure.  In a split second, life is irrevocably changed. Aspire provides support, Housing and advice to ensure spinal cord injured people can live a fulfilled and independent life. 

We are all being encouraged to exercise for an hour every day. I am going to make sure I go out for a walk, each day and ensure every step will make a difference. Its a huge distance so please help me make every walk count and give generously.
